Privacy at CoverPlainly
This page explains how Molvani Ltd. handles personal data on CoverPlainly. It is a plain-language notice prepared for review by counsel; it is not legal advice.
Who is responsible. Molvani Ltd. (МОЛВАНИ ЕООД), a single-member limited liability company (EOOD) registered in Bulgaria under EIK 203688536, is the controller of personal data collected on this site. Because it is based in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to everything it does with personal data, wherever you live. To reach us, email partners@molvanimedia.com.
What we collect. (1) Visits, counted with our own cookieless counter. It records the page address without any query string, the referring website's name only, a rough device size of phone, tablet or desktop, a daily anonymous counter, and a single yes or no for whether the page was scrolled or touched, with nothing else about how you used the page. It does not store your IP address (your IP address and browser type are used only to make the daily counter, which changes every day and is deleted after two days), it honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and there is no session replay, no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracking and no outside analytics service. (2) Clicks on links to partner sites. Such a link first passes through a short redirect address on this site, and we record that it was followed: the listing, the time, the destination website, a random click reference and the same yes or no, with no name, email or IP address. (3) Technical request logs our hosting provider keeps for a limited period to keep the site running and protected against abuse, such as IP address, browser type and the page asked for. (4) Error reports when a page fails on our server, sent without your IP address, cookies or request headers. (5) Where a form exists, only the fields you fill in.
Cookies. Our pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser, so there is no cookie banner to answer.
When you follow a link. For some links the random click reference is added to the link, so the provider's reports to us can be matched to clicks; it says nothing about you. Once you are on the provider's site, the provider and any link-tracking service it uses may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies. We do not control that and do not receive it.
Why, and on what legal basis. Visit counts, click records, request logs and error reports: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working, protected against abuse, and learning which pages help (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time (see Your rights); browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted at all. Forms: your consent, given on the form itself (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives it. Service providers that run the site for us under contract: hosting and content delivery (Vercel), database (Neon) and server error monitoring (Sentry). Some of them process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on safeguards the GDPR allows, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
No sale of personal data. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it. Visit totals as daily counts without names, for as long as we need them to see which pages help; the daily anonymous counter behind them is deleted after two days. Click records, which hold no name, email or IP address, for as long as we need them to match partner reports. Hosting logs for the provider's limited log period. Form submissions only as long as needed to handle them and your requests.
Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email partners@molvanimedia.com. We answer within one month.
Complaints. You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Bulgaria) (https://www.cpdp.bg/).
Children and changes. This site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data. When this notice changes, the new version is published on this page.
